Physiology News

For our upcoming Diversity Special Issue, Physiology News is commissioning the stories of your experience as physiologists with regards to any protected characteristics, the physiology of any aspects of diversity (e.g. colourblindess, mental health), or a combination of these two angles. Prior to sending any articles, please submit a preliminary title, a few sentences summarising the focus of the article, and a short outline (brief list of a bullet points summarising the various sections). Please email these pitches to by 31 March 2019

Physiology News is The Physiological Society’s quarterly magazine. As well as keeping Members up to date with the latest Society activities, it provides news and views on current physiological issues and other topics of interest. The aim is to increase the visibility of underrepresented perspectives as well as give readers an insight into experiences in science different from their own.

We give permission for Physiology News articles to be used for teaching purposes, when referenced (e.g. Author, Physiology News issue number, p. page range).
