Society Meetings – key facts

Main Meeting

• Research presentations from all seven Themes
• More than 1000 attendees from across the globe
• Open to all at any stage in their career, you do not need to be a Member of The Society to attend
• 7 parallel sessions including up to six invited speakers, each day
• One 3 day meeting held annually in July
• Opportunity to present your work

Themed Meetings

• Research presentations from a single Theme
• Up to 200 attendees from across the globe
• Open to all at any stage in their career, you do not need to be a Member of The Society to attend
• One single session including up to 20 invited speakers
• Three 2.5 day meetings held in April, September and December
• Opportunity to present your work

A standard exhibition package includes:

• One free ¼ page colour advert in Physiology News (circulation 3000+)
• 3m x 2m exhibition space, including one table and two chairs
• Access to power and, where possible, an internet connection
• Logo and company details on The Society website, and in all printed material
• Two full registrations for company executives to attend the meeting (additional at a reduced rate)
• 10% discount for all subsequent exhibition bookings at future meetings
• One free single A4 insert into delegate bags
