Live-Cell Imaging, 11-13 June 2013 (TBC)

This three-day workshop at the University of East Anglia, Norwich, UK provides theoretical and practical guidance on imaging live cells and tissues, focusing on the use of fluorescence microscopy. The course is designed for beginners and includes lectures and hands-on experience of both short- and long-term observations using widefield, confocal and multi-photon microscopy. The final day includes demonstrations of various image analysis software packages.
The workshop will be held on 11-13 June in the Henry Wellcome Laboratory for Cell Imaging, School of Biological Sciences. Please note this date is subject to change.
There are 12 places available on this workshop. To apply, please complete a registration form (below) and email to the course organiser, Dr Paul Thomas after Friday 1 February 2013. The deadline for registering your interest is Friday 30 April 2013.
Members of The Physiological Society are encouraged to apply for travel grant funding to support their attendance on this course.
