Microelectrode Techniques for Cell Physiology

This is a two-week residential workshop for postgraduate/postdoctoral workers, sponsored by The Physiological Society, teaching microelectrode and patch clamp methods. The workshop provides 25 hours of lectures and demonstrations covering the technical basis of electrophysiological and optical measurements, plus 3 x 3-day experiments in three techniques.

20 places are available for this workshop.  The closing date for applications is 30 April 2013. Members of The Physiological Society are encouraged to apply for travel grant funding to support their attendance on this course.
