Postgraduate Education Inquiry

The postgraduate (PG) education sector is strong in the UK and is crucial to the future success of the economy. However, there is a noted policy gap with regards to this topic.  A recently launched inquiry by the Higher Education Commission may go some way to addressing this - and Physiological Society Members are invited to have their say.

The Higher Education Commission is an independent body made up of 20 leaders from the education sector, the business community and the three main political parties. The inquiry will examine how the postgraduate sector ought to be funded, and what the sector can do to deliver the research, knowledge exchange and skilled workforce which the UK requires to be competitive in the future.

The Sociey welcomes the chance to feed in, and as part of this process would welcome your views. Please take just a few minutes to complete the webform below, and provide your expertise and insight. It is crucial to have input from Members, to enable us to accurately represent the views and concerns held across The Society.

Further information on the Inquiry can be found here.
