Regulation of protein trafficking and function by palmitoylation
23—25 August 2012
St Anne's College, Oxford, UK

A Biochemical Society Focused Meeting

Meeting background
The post-translational modification of proteins by palmitoylation has emerged as a highly versatile mechanism for regulating the trafficking, membrane micro-localisation and function of diverse protein families. This meeting will focus on the most recent breakthroughs in palmitoylation research.

Reviews by the speakers, based on their presentations at this major international meeting, will be published exclusively in Biochemical Society Transactions (Volume 41, part 1).

Abstract deadline: 21 June 2012
