More than 11 million people are diagnosed with cancer every year. It is estimated that there will be 16 million new cases every year by 2020. World Health Organization estimates that 7.6 million people died of cancer in 2005 representing 13% of deaths worldwide. Between 2005 and 2015, 84 million more people could die if urgent action is not taken. Cancer is not simply or even primarily a problem of rich countries. More than 70% of all cancer deaths occur in low and middle income countries. Assessment of the quality of cancer treatment depends upon the availability of accurate and relevant information about the process and outcomes of care for patients. This is an observational and retrospective study the subjects included cancer inpatients at the Omid Center Data has been collected through medical records of patients baseline checklist in the period 2001-2006. Breast cancer in female, colon cancer in male and leukemia for both men and women are the most common cancers in Isfahan. Age of breast cancer is 30-60 and colon cancer is 40 and above. Cancer is the uncontrolled growth and spread of cells that may affect almost any tissue of the body. Lung, colorectal and stomach cancer are among the five most common cancers in the world for both men and women. In this research among men, colon cancer is the most common cancer and for women, the most common cancer is breast cancer.
