Huge congratulations to our 2019 David Jordan Teaching Award winners, Kathy Tangalakis and Christian Moro.
Kathy Tangalakis, Victoria University, Australia, received funding for a project entitled:
“Assessing the Core Concepts of Physiology within an Assessment Framework”
Kathy said “I am honoured to have been awarded the prestigious David Jordan Teaching award from The Society and excited to be contributing to physiology education internationally”
Christian Moro, Bond University, Australia, received funding for a project entitled:
“Physiology with Christian” – Continued development of free, interactive and engaging physiological content.
Christian said: “The receipt of the David Jordan Teaching Award is an incredible assistance, enhancing my ability to create and share a wide range of physiological teaching resources! This includes sharing through unique platforms such as Instagram (@physiologywithchristian), YouTube (Physiology with Christian), as well as the updating of applications and revision games (i.e. The King’s Request: Physiology Revision Game) to help students in our discipline.”
