Dr Rowe is a lecturer at the School of Pharmacy and Life Sciences. His research skills are rooted in physiology and pharmacology. 

His key research skills include Single ion channel recording, Electrophysiology, Potassium channel expression systems and slice recording systems. 

Iain is involved in Opportunity North East (ONE) a public-private partnership designed to stimulate investment in the North East of Scotland.
