Laura is Senior Policy Adviser at the IOP and currently leads work on education and skills, and their contribution to a thriving physics ecosystem. Laura also provides policy input to the IOP’s broader programme of work to create a more effective R&D landscape, including on R&D funding, and led previous input to REF 2021.
