Joe is Senior Policy Adviser at the Royal Society. At the Society, he works on domestic research and innovation policy and has led the production of reports on research and innovation clusters and the research and technical workforce. He was also responsible for the creation of the Society’s cross-sector Research System Community of Interest and has led the drafting of consultation responses on the Research Excellence Framework, Knowledge Exchange Framework and the future of the research landscape. Before joining the Society, Joe worked for Universities UK International (UUKi).
