Board of Trustees application form

  • Please note that you must be a Full Member (including Honorary and Fellow Members) to apply for these roles.
  • Please specifically refer to the requirements of the role description and give evidence of the skills and experience required where relevant. Any words over the 2000 limit will be cut. Nominations will be considered solely on the content of the form submitted. This will be shared with the membership in the event of an election.
  • Max. file size: 5 MB.
    Important Note: CVs should be no more than two A4 pages.

    Nominators stated will be contacted to confirm their support. It is the candidates responsibility to acquire support prior to submitting the application form.
