Matters for discussion
After the formal business, Members are welcome to raise and discuss any matter for discussion. The Executive Committee, the Editors-in-Chief of The Society’s journals, and its Chief Executive will be in attendance. Members who wish to raise any substantive matter are invited to submit questions in advance. This will ensure that such matters are addressed appropriately. Please note that this is not a requirement and Members are free to raise any matter they wish during the AGM itself, although items that have been pre-notified will receive preference if time constraints restrict the number of items that can be discussed.
Please submit your questions here. The deadline for submitting a question in advance is 12:00 on Thursday 2 July 2015.
Appointment of a proxy
If you are unable to attend the AGM you are encouraged to appoint a proxy to exercise your right to attend, speak and vote on your behalf. A proxy need not be a Member of The Society. You may register your proxy here. The deadline is 12:00 on Thursday 2 July 2015. Completion of the proxy form will not preclude a Member from attending and voting should he or she subsequently wish to do so.
I do hope you are able to attend the AGM on this occasion and look forward to seeing you.
Richard D Vaughan-Jones, President of The Physiological Society
